I was always under the mistaken impression private investigators were for the rich and famous or in television and movies.  Until my own family had the unfortunate experience of being embroiled in a bitter and ugly court custody battle with my infant granddaughter’s fate at stake.  We found ourselves in the position of knowing things about her young mother that endangered her but could not and would not accepted as fact  by the Family Court system; a venue fraught with “he said - she said” allegations from both sides. My son was struggling against some steep odds by trying to gain custody of his infant daughter. He was in dire need of showing rock solid proof that the baby’s mother and her family, were dishonest people who were a danger to this child and in need of psychological help.  The Family Court system, in and of itself is still quite gender biased in favor of females over males, as primary caretakers of babies, especially stacked against young men.  It was a tricky and complicated case, in which there would be tiny windows of opportunity to prove the allegations we knew to be true.  M.O. Investigations was able to accomplish exactly what we needed, in a reasonable time period, and for what we consider to be a more than fair fee.  The baby’s future was priceless to us. We would have spent anything on insuring her continued safety and future mental and physical good health, while we were pleasantly surprised to find out we could actually afford a private investigator to help us, we still had our doubts about what they were capable of accomplishing. 

This agency not only operates with state-of-the-art equipment. Mike O. is wholly committed to integrity in his profession.  He was dedicated to our case and went above and beyond what we would have considered adequate and reasonable to prove what we knew to be sad truths.  While he will tell you up front, he does not ‘create evidence’ for you; if what you say is true and provable, he will go the distance and beyond to get the results you need for you.  After he completed this case, his professional report presented the facts in such an informative and impact form, the case ultimately took a dramatic turn in our favor.  My son was awarded full and primary custody of his infant daughter.  The efforts M.O. made on our behalf saved a baby girl from a life of neglect, poverty, dysfunction and most probably physical and emotional abuse.  Thanks in large part to M.O.’s experience, doggedness and commitment, a little girl is growing up in a safe, happy and healthy home.  We still thank God we had the courage and leap of faith to hire M.O.   The results of M.O.’s work and report unexpectedly turned this case on its side.

Private Investigators are unsung heroes as far as we’re concerned.  They’re not just for the rich and famous and not just for catching cheating spouses.  In any venue, where proving allegations and/or corroborating what you know to be the true, is crucial, M.O. can do it if it can be done.  If it’s there, he’ll find it.  If it’s the truth, he’ll prove it.  It is money well spent. It certainly makes more sense than simply adding another attorney to your roster.  We tried that and it didn’t help.

I hope I never need to hire a P.I. again. If I do however, I would do it the next time with a confidence I didn’t originally have.  I highly recommend this firm without hesitation and with enthusiasm.  We trusted him with a precious baby girl’s future at stake and he was dogged in his mission to deliver to us what we so desperately needed for her.
